


Design a clear journey for individual users to understand and select between different membership tiers for hundo’s work experience programmes.
This also required a lightweight way for users to manage their membership, without exposing the complexity of the full admin system used by institutions.
Membership tiers were introduced through clear, card-based options during registration and within restricted areas for existing free users.
Instead of creating a separate admin panel, membership management was integrated into the existing profile page, using a dedicated tab to present key information, actions and payment options in a simple, structured way.
The solution was implemented and tested in collaboration with front-end and back-end developers.
Membership options are now clearly presented during onboarding, and users can easily manage their subscription from their profile.
The feature was being rolled out at he time I left, with user feedback and data informing ongoing improvements.
