The problem

hundo’s Career CoPilot is an AI-powered tool designed to provide personalised career guidance for young people. The challenge was to translate this into a clear, engaging experience that felt intuitive and approachable, while aligning with hundo’s visual identity.

The solution

I designed a conversational interface inspired by familiar messaging patterns, making the interaction feel natural and easy to navigate. The experience combined automated prompts and guided responses to help users progress without friction.

Alongside the interface, I developed a visual identity for the CoPilot through AI-assisted image generation. I explored multiple styles and prompts to create a distinctive character that aligned with hundo’s existing ecosystem while introducing a more expressive, narrative-driven tone.

The outcome

The interface was adopted quickly and became the foundation for the CoPilot experience, supporting ongoing iteration and improvement.

The character, internally named “Earhart”, was integrated into the onboarding journey, helping guide users through the experience and reinforcing the product’s identity.
